
ENOSBURG FALLS, Vt. (WCAX) – The Franklin County Sheriff’s office says two people face charges for a burglary at the Walgreens in Enosburg last year, the first in two smash and grabs at the store in recent weeks.
Police say Steven Russell, 58, and Dyllon Rouleau, 29, were caught on surveillance camera early in the morning of December 28 just after breaking the window glass of the Main Street store with a hammer. They stole several cartons of cigarettes and fled the scene.
Both have been charged with burglary.
