Ladies play for pinball championship pride in South Burlington

SOUTH BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – On Sunday, players competed in the International Flipper Pinball Association Vermont State Women’s Championship. The Queen City Belles have been getting together to play pinball for the last 4 years. The International Flipper Pinball Association Vermont State Women’s Pinball Championship running for 2 years.

At least 48 states and 3 Canadian provinces are playing their championships.

“We’re celebrating women in pinball which is growing and it is fabulous to have this. it’s just a great place to play with everyone. everyone is so welcoming,” Lisa Casselman from Ontario said.

The winner will be invited to compete in the national championship outside Chicago in March as well as receiving a cash prize and a banner honoring their win.
