WATCH LIVE: Penguin Plunge festivities on Burlington’s Waterfront

BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – Roughly 1,000 Vermonters will jump into the lake today as part of the 29th annual Penguin Plunge for Special Olympics Vermont.

The event is the organization’s biggest of the year. Organizers say it brings in up to 40% of their operating budget.
