
CORINTH, Vt. (WCAX) – A Vermont woman is charged after allegedly crashing a school bus while driving impaired.
Vermont State Police received a call of an accident just after 5 p.m. Monday near Chelsea Rd and Eagle Hollow Rd in Corinth.
When they arrived troopers say they found 25-year-old Lydia Brooke who was driving a minivan-style school bus. While no children were involved in the crash — police say she had been transporting kids before the incident.
Brooke was brought to the hospital for minor injuries. Charges include DUI and cruelity to a child.
