
ENOSBURG, Vt. (WCAX) – Authorities are invstigating after an unknown substance was found in an Enosburg resident’s mailbox.
It was reported to the Vermont State Police on Monday evening. Police say that when the Pleasant Street homeowner went to retrieve their mail, the substance blew into their face, causing a nosebleed.
The state hazmat response team was called in and determined the substance found inside and on top of the mailbox was not hazardous.
