
MONTPELIER, Vt. (WCAX) – A mysterious tradition of love continues in the Capital City.
People in Montpelier Wednesday woke up to a familiar sight, Valentine’s Day hearts papered to windows all around the downtown.
The so-called Valentine’s Day bandit — also known as the Valentine Phantom — has been at large for at least 20 years.
Police have not identified the mystery cupid and no arrests have been made.
