
BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – DirecTV customers nationwide have been reporting outages in recent days, including here in our region.
According to posts on their social media accounts, DirecTV says some satellite customers are temporarily unable to watch HD channels because of a problem with satellite positioning.
They say they are working to bring the satellite back online.
DirecTV said in the meantime, customers can watch through the DirecTV app on mobile devices or connected TVs, or by activating SignalSaver on a capable set-top box.
