BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – A New Hampshire man accused of killing his wife and fleeing with their children will be in court Monday morning.

On the morning of Friday, March 1, police issued an Amber Alert for 37-year-old Dustin Mark Duren, of Berlin, New Hampshire.

He and his one and four-year-old children were found safe in Keene after someone spotted his car outside a restaurant.

We later learned that on Thursday night, police responded to an apartment on Main Street in Berlin and found 31-year-old Caitlyn Naffziger dead from a gunshot wound to the head. Police say Duren shot her.

He faces second-degree murder charges and will be arraigned Monday morning.
