PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. (WCAX) – The town of Plattsburgh’s T.O.P. Dog contest is back for the fourth year in a row.
The annual T.O.P. Dog campaign encourages dog owners to register their pets to get licensed which is a state law.
The winner of the contest is randomly selected and gifted a basket from Tails of the Adirondacks.
Entries are due by March 29. The submissions are collected through a Google Form on the town’s website. Applicants must also submit a photograph of their dog by email to plattsburgh1785@gmail.com.
