POULTNEY, Vt. (WCAX) – A man is behind bars tonight after police say he sexually abused two children.
Vermont State Police say they received a report from a mandated reporter that 39-year-old Andre White of Poultney had sexually abused two children, a 4 and an 8-year-old
The details of the incident are unknown, but White has been charged with aggravated sexual assault, lewd and lascivious activity with a child, and dissemination of indecent materials to a minor.
He is being held without bail at the Marble Valley Correctional Center and will be in court tomorrow afternoon.
