BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – More than 14 thousand customers without power as of 7:14 this morning , most in Windsor County. Other trouble spots include parts of Windham, Orange, Washington counties. Power crews say if you encounter a downed power line to avoid it, and assume its live.
