ORLEANS, Vt. (WCAX) – Police are investigating a homicide in the Northeast Kingdom.
Authorities at the scene in Orleans Tuesday evening confirmed to WCAX News that it is a homicide investigation and that someone is in custody.
Video from the location on Water Street shows Vermont State Police, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Department, ambulance and fire crews at the scene.
