BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – A new documentary film is out by Vermont filmmaker Bess O’Brien that spotlights the lives of Vermonters struggling with food and housing insecurity.
“Just Getting By” will begin touring local theaters on Friday, March 22nd. It tells the stories of working families and those who are homeless as they seek to access food shelves and soup kitchens and navigate the state’s hotel-motel emergency housing program.
