NORTH HAMPTON, N.H. – A truck driver faces DUI charges after police say he veered off I-95 in New Hampshire early Friday.
New Hampshire State Police say Nathaniel Ray, 46, of Lisbon Falls, Maine, was behind the wheel of the fully loaded tractor-trailer when he lost control and veered into the center median of I-95 in the town of North Hampton around 1:40 a.m.
While on scene, troopers noted that Ray showed signs of impairment and they arrested him for driving under the influence.
Police say both southbound lanes of the interstate were closed for about two and a half hours to clean up the mess.
