Police ask public for help identifying person of interest in burglary

SOUTH BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – Police are asking the public for help identifying a person of interest in a burglary.

It happened on Oak Hill Drive in South Burlington early Saturday morning.

Investigators say the victims were alerted by their barking dog at about 1:30 a.m., but they didn’t realize anything was missing until the next day.

A surveillance camera captured a person of interest later that morning.
