MILTON, N.Y. (WCAX) – A New York man faces charges after a missing Ticonderoga resident was found dead Tuesday a home in Milton, New York.
The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office says they found the body of Thomas Krider, 40, at the Milton home of Ronald Rayher, 69. Krider had been reported missing on Saturday.
Rayher faces charges of manslaughter and tampering with evidence. He was being held without bail.
