ORLEANS, Vt. (WCAX) – Orleans Elementary School will be closed for the next two days after a water main break.
In a statement on the school’s website, officials say all faculty and staff are safe.
Local fire departments and agencies were on site removing water from the basement of the building. The entire school campus, including all buildings, the playground, and fields are off-limits until further notice.
Either the principal or the superintendent is expected to provide an update on Wednesday.
