
WEST CHAZY, N.Y. (WCAX) – Fire crews in West Chazy, New York battled a blaze earlier today.
It happened at 4 Fiske Road. First responders arrived just after 10:00 a.m. and were there until 5:30 p.m.
During the blaze, power was cut to neighboring houses and businesses but was restored at around 4 p.m.
Everyone made it out okay, and no pets were injured or killed. The Red Cross is providing shelter and other essentials tonight to those displaced.
Crews say they believe the fire started on the second or third floor, but the investigation is still pending.
