
BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – Gardening season is underway in our region but there are also ways for folks to grow edible goodies inside.
From alfalfa seeds to lentils, there are a number of tasty sprouts you can easily grow at home and use on sandwiches, salads, or to garnish meals.
Cat Viglienzoni spoke with Joyce Amsden, a master gardener, about how to start your own sprout operation.
