MILTON, Vt. (WCAX) – This Memorial Day weekend, people in Milton and across the state came out to watch Vermont Thunder, the annual motorcycle parade honoring veterans.
The group, which rides from Sharon to Enosburgh each year, started in 1992 and organizers say it has become the biggest motorcycle ride in New England.
The nonprofit is dedicated to helping Vermont’s veterans with any financial hardships they might face.
Nearly 500 motorcyclists rode in the parade this year.
