RANDOLPH CENTER, Vt. (WCAX) – A Barre man faces DUI charges after police say he drove into a flagpole at the Vermont Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Randolph Center.
It happened on Memorial Day around 7 p.m. The Vermont State Police say John Kunkle, 35, reportedly hit the pole near the entrance to the cemetery. He was sent to the hospital with injuries and later arrested for suspicion of DUI.
