
CHAMPLAIN, N.Y. (WCAX) – Firefighters in Champlain responded to a trailer fire early Friday morning.
The Champlain Fire Commissioner says they originally were called out with the Mooers Fire Department just before 2:00 a.m.
They fought the blaze until 6:30 a.m., but first responders had to return at 11:15 a.m. due to smoke.
The two adults and three children who lived there are all okay. The Red Cross is assisting them.
