COLCHESTER, Vt. (WCAX) – Police in Colchester have made an arrest in the case of a shooting that happened in the area of Sharrow Circle in Malletts Bay.
On Sunday, May 26th, responding officers say they found a 31-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the chest. Monday, Colchester Police, the ATF, and the county gun violence task force executed a search warrant at a home on Central Street in Essex Junction.
They arrested 19-year-old Sami Ettouzar, who now faces multiple charges including second-degree attempted murder, aggravated assault, and reckless endangerment.
Ettouzar is being held without bail at the Northwest State Correctional Facility…
