Man arrested after allegedly waving gun, holding up I-89 traffic

SOUTH BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – A Grand Isle man faces charges after police say he was waving a gun and holding up traffic on I-89 in South Burlington Tuesday night.

Vermont State Police say William Larrow, 54, was spotted around 5:30 p.m. by several drivers walking in the travel lanes away from a disabled vehicle in the southbound lane and waving a gun. They say at one point he caused traffic to come to a standstill.

Larrow was arrested for disorderly conduct.
