Rail City Fan Fest is back for a third year

ST. ALBANS, Vt. (WCAX) – One of Vermont’s biggest comic-cons is back. Rail City Fan Fest is in its third year in the city of St. Albans.

This year, the comic-con has about 50 vendors, a little more than last year, from cosplay, to open video games, minigolf, and more.

The event is expected to see about 1,000 visitors come through, and new organizations like Vermont Herpetofauna and Nature Center, say Rail City is a great way to connect with all different kinds of people in the community.

“I mean there are people here that I have seen out on the street, or at different events. So this is still just part of our community. Even though we each have out different things, and its all just inclusions and interests,” said Corrina King from Vermont Herpetofauna and Nature Center.

Rail City Fan Fest will also be back on Sunday.
