BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – Travelers flying out of Burlington have a new nonstop route to Florida to choose from– Fort Myers.
Tuesday, Breeze Airways announced the new direct flight from the Patrick Leahy Burlington International Airport. Service will start in October.
Breeze first landed at the Burlington airport in January and has since expanded service to five destinations.
The airline currently offers flights to Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina; Jacksonville, Florida; Tampa, Florida; and Orlando, Florida.
The new flights to Fort Myers, Florida, will be on Mondays and Fridays starting Oct 4.
