BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – New plans are taking shape in New York to install three harm-reduction vending machines.
They’ll be stocked with Narcan, test strips, wound care kits, and feminine hygiene products.
The effort is spearheaded by the Adirondack Health Institute’s Rural Communities Opioid Response Program.
The machines will be found at the Cambridge Public Library, Malone Behavioral Health Urgent Care, and Ogdensburg Wellness Center.
They’ll be installed by mid-July.
