SWANTON, Vt. (WCAX) – Police have captured a St. Albans man wanted in a Swanton assault.
Vermont State Police say Nicholas Hale, 26, is the suspect in a domestic assault in the area of Elm Street on June 23. Troopers say Hale ran away before they arrived to arrest him on June 27.
Police say Hale was located Tuesday and taken into custody without incident. He was being held for lack of $13,000 bail and faces charges including aggravated assault and grand larceny.
