RICHMOND, Vt. (WCAX) – There is an active police response underway at the Riverview Commons mobile home park in Richmond off Route 117.
Our Calvin Cutler is at the scene, which is surrounded by police, and he sees at least one Vermont trooper with his rifle drawn.
Witnesses reported there was an incident involving a gun.
