PERU, N.Y. (WCAX) – A Peru, New York, man Thursday pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder in the stabbing death of his partner.
“The defendant stabbed the victim Krysten Remy more than 50 times, killing her and he did this in the presence of their daughter, who was six months old at the time. And the defendant fled the scene by stealing the victim’s father’s vehicle and he was heading to the Canadian border,” said Clinton County Asst. District Attorney Vivian Joo.
Kosza will be back in court on August 23.
