Peru murder suspect due in court

PERU, N.Y. (WCAX) – A Peru, New York. man accused of second-degree murder will face a judge Thursday.

Kevin Kosza, 27, was charged with the murder of Krysten Remy, 23, in mid-April. Police say the two got into a fight and that Kosza stabbed Remy in the presence of the couple’s child.

Kosza pleaded not guilty to the second-degree murder charge and child endangerment.
