Phish concerts to benefit Vermont residential recovery program

ALBANY, N.Y. (WCAX) – Vermont jam band Phish is set to rock crowds of fans for three days in Albany, New York, and any money reeled in will help people in recovery.

WCAX News has learned the shows will take place at MVP Arena Oct. 25-27.

All the proceeds will benefit the Divided Sky Residential Recovery Program in Ludlow. The abstinence-based 12-step program focuses on mindfulness and the emotional side of sobriety.

These will be the band’s only shows this fall.

Tickets go on sale to the general public on Sept. 20.
