ST. ALBANS, Vt. (WCAX) – This just into the Channel 3 News, a St. Albans jury has found former Franklin County school teacher Matthew Toof not guilty on all charges Friday night.
Toof was accused of sexually assaulting an 11-year-old student. He was facing both aggravated assault and lewd and lascivious conduct charges, both of which he was found not guilty.
