HOOSICK FALLS, N.Y. (WCAX) – Police in Northern New York say a toddler was injured in an attack by four dogs.
It happened Wednesday in Hoosick Falls.
Police say they were called to Fourth Street in the village for a report of a dog bite, and found that a 2-year-old had been attacked by four rottweilers.
The child was taken to the Albany Medical Center for treatment.
The county health department made contact with the dog owners, who chose to have the dogs euthanized and tested for rabies.
Police say the investigation is ongoing.
