BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – Police say a Burlington man accused of assault tried to run away from them three times.
Burlington police say Jason Anderson, 48, hit a person on the head with something metal Tuesday morning in Battery Park.
When they tried to arrest him, police say Anderson tried to get away on a bicycle twice, but was eventually taken into custody.
