BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – Vermont’s Department of Financial Regulation is asking individuals, businesses, and non-profits about their concerns and interests in virtual currency kiosks.
A virtual currency kiosk is a platform where people can buy and send virtual currencies like crypto.
The Department of Financial Regulation is required to report to the House about whether state and federal regulations are enough to protect Vermont customers from fraud.
