Vt. State Police training with law enforcement from other states

WILLISTON, Vt. (WCAX) – The Vermont State Police will train with other law enforcement agencies from around New England this week to sharpen their skills.

State police, including their Underwater Recovery Team, will work with members from a coalition of other state police agencies at various sites across Vermont.

Because of that, the public is likely to see a strong law enforcement presence, especially in the Middlebury, Grand Isle and Burlington areas.

This week’s training involves agencies from Maine, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut.
