LEWIS, N.Y. (WCAX) – Interstate 87 southbound is closed between Exit 32 and 31 as police respond to a crash.
Channel 3 is still working to learn more about the overnight incident that drew a strong police presence and closed I-87.
Those are the Lewis and Elizabethtown exits in Essex County.
Police did confirm that it was a single-vehicle accident with a tractor-trailer truck.
