PLATTSBURGH, Vt. (WCAX) – A part of your property could get some TLC on New York’s dime.
The Restore New York Program offers $50 million to help transform underutilized buildings into residential or commercial developments.
Now, Plattsburgh is asking property owners to submit letters of interest.
The city asks for “shovel-ready” ideas to demolish or rehabilitate vacant, condemned, or surplus properties.
The application is due by October 21.
