NEWPORT, Vt. (WCAX) – Two of Vermont’s Disaster Recovery Centers closed permanently Saturday.
The first in Waterbury, the second in Island Pond.
Vermonters still in need of assistance can get help at The Lyndonville Public Safety Building and Hinesburg Town Hall, and, starting Wednesday, a new center in Newport at the municipal building.
