Burlington woman charged with assault at Howard Center residence

BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – A Burlington woman faces multiple charges after police say she got in a fight with another woman at a Howard Center residence.

It happened just before 10 a.m. at the residence on King St. Burlington Police arrested Moyium Willomon, 28, after they said she tried to take food that wasn’t hers from the shared residence. When confronted, police say she punched the victim multiple times, along with an outreach worker who tried to intervene.

Willomon was charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct.
