HANOVER, N.H. (WCAX) – Police arrested two pro-Palestinian protestors after they disrupted a presentation at Dartmouth College on Wednesday.
U.S. Senator John Fetterman, D-Pa, spoke on the college campus as part of an election speaker series. The protestors were allegedly chanting statements accusing Fetterman of supporting genocide, according to student newspaper The Dartmouth.
Hanover Police say Dartmouth student Greyson Xiao, 21, and Emma Herndon, 22, an employee at the school, were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
The newspaper says the college did not ask police to make the arrests.
