BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – Friday is the last day to file a disaster unemployment assistance application.
If you live in impacted counties and lost work because of the flooding from July 9th to 11th, you’re eligible for help.
Impacted counties include Orleans, Lamoille, Essex, Chittenden, Caledonia, Addison, and Washington.
Eligibility includes if you were injured or your workplace or car is not available because of the flooding.
You may also be eligible if the roads to your work are unpassable.
