HARTFORD, Vt. (WCAX) – Upper Valley commuters may have a better time behind the wheel.
The new Bridge 7 across the White River and Town Highway 98 in Hartford is now open for traffic.
For the past two weeks, traffic has been detoured as crews closed the old bridge 7 to replace it with a new, wider bridge.
Construction continues in that area so drivers should expect minor delays on Route 14.
