WEST BRATTLEBORO, Vt. (WCAX) – Crews in Brattleboro are fighting a three-alarm wildfire.
Fire officials on Friday said the fire is burning about eight acres in a wooded area near Melchen Road in West Brattleboro.
A burn ban has been in place in much of Vermont since last month because of the dry conditions.
The cause of this latest fire was not immediately available.
