BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – If you have a kid in college, your next homework assignment is now available.
The Free Application for Federal Student Aid – or FAFSA – is open for the 2025-26 school year.
The application is usually released on October 1, but after last year’s rocky rollout, the Department of Education delayed the release.
This year’s application received significant updates from the DOE.
FAFSA is due June 30, 2025.
