FEMA disaster recovery centers close today

LYNDON, Vt. (WCAX) – Disaster recovery centers in Vermont are closing this weekend.

The remaining centers in Hinesburg and Lyndon will permanently close at 6:00 p.m. tonight. They were opened to support Vermonters impacted by this summer’s storms.

The deadline to apply for disaster assistance is Monday. Vermonters affected by both July storms must submit separate applications for each.
