BARRE CITY, Vt. (WCAX) – Barre City Police are looking for a St. Albans 16-year-old who they say walked away from DCF custody.
Police say Four Bear Bailey was placed in transitional housing, the Return House in Barre.
Police say he is from St. Albans and might be headed back to that area.
