CONCORD, N.H. (WCAX) – New Hampshire’s attorney general is warning four phone companies they are violating state and federal laws by transmitting robocalls.
Attorney General Formella, a member of the 51-attorney general Anti-Robocall Multistate Litigation Task Force, sent warning letters to KWK Communications, Inbound Communications, AKA Management, and CallVox.
The letters warned that if these providers continue to transmit robocalls and violate state and federal laws, the task force may pursue further legal actions against them.
