PLATTSBURGH, NY. (WCAX) – Clinton County Sheriff’s office arrested a Constable man after they say he stole a car.
Police pursued Kyle Shearer in car chase from Beekmantown to Plattsburgh Friday afternoon.
They say Shearer later struck multiple cars and ran.
Police then followed him again, until he went of the road on I-87 and he was taken into custody.
